If your order is a stock item, we ship the same or next day of order receipt.
If your product is a 're-order', we will ship within seven (7) working days.
If your order is a completely new product, we strive to ship with fourteen (14) working days, with our constraint normally being the availability of customer specified printing stocks.
When the amount of product exceeds the UPS maximums or it is more cost effective us use over-the-road transportation, then prior to accepting any orders, we will contact the customer and establish the most acceptable way to ship the product.
Also, if a customer requires a specific transportation method, we will accommodate that request.
